The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and stylish, and the beds were so comfortable. We loved hanging out by the pool and enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. The restaurant had delicious food and great vibes. it was the perfect place for a fun and relaxing vacation with friends.
The only thing we wished for was a bit more nightlife options nearby. We're young and love to party, so it would have been awesome to have some clubs or bars within walking distance.

Oh, and who needs an invoice or sealed bathrooms when you have a view at the restaurant?

The hotel is located in a great area, near the lake and the Jewish synagogue. The room was well-decorated with antique furniture and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel also offered a great view of the waterfront and had a cool museum attached.
The pool was quite small and there were no exercise facilities on site.

Spent Christmas at a heritage hotel in Kochi that was filled with character and antiques. Loved the unique and beautifully decorated rooms – all with antiques from Kerala. The staff was brilliant and customer service was top-notch. The hotel was conveniently located close to Jew Town and Mattancherry Palace, making it easy to explore the area. The little swimming pool and the delicious breakfast are the top advantages, as well as the cool restaurant overlooking the bay.
While the hotel had its unique charm, it had its share of flaws; the food was vastly overpriced and of poor quality.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and loved the stunning lake views from the windows of the spacious, tastefully decorated rooms. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant, making for a great start to the day. Location was also key, easily accessible by taxi and close to the city's main attractions.
The price tag was quite high and some of the facilities could be improved. The pool was small and not filled, and there were no spa or exercise options on site.

This hotel is truly luxurious, fulfilling all our exclusive amenities needs. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated with antique pieces and high-quality linens. The bathroom was stunning, featuring Kohler fixtures and a high-end glass shower. The staff were attentive and accommodating to our requests, even making special arrangements for our activities. The food was delicious with a generous breakfast offering both Western continental and local options. The pool and Jacuzzi were enjoyable, with loungers overlooking the river.
The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of non-slip pads in the shower, which could be problematic for seniors. However, this was a small quibble and did not detract from our overall positive experience at this venue.
